SeaRaycer
Seven Seas Lagoon

At least twice before, we had spotted these little racing boats in our last
hour or so visiting Disney World -- too late, always, to take them for a spin.
This time we remembered.
While Em worked a shift, Ellie and I rented a little SeaRaycer and explored Bay Lake
(where the Contemporary, Fort Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge all sit, along with the
ruined remains of the defunct River Country water park), and then through the narrow
canal to the Seven Seas Lagoon, with its ferry running between the Polynesian Resort
and the Magic Kingdom, and the brilliant Grand Floridian, where we saw the beach where
a gator grabbed a toddler earlier in the year.
