After we installed Ellie at Emerson, and both Ryan and Jen had flown back to California, I lingered to work a few days, staying close, out to dinner with Tim at Jacob Wirth a couple blocks from her dorm, meeting up with her for Starbucks and a stroll through the Common. I would go soon enough, but it was hard to let go.
