Visiting NYU
Washington Square, NYC
April 24-25, 2016
Ellie got accepted to two East Coast Colleges, so we thought we better fly back there to take a look at them. We flew out of LAX on Sunday morning.
The taxi ride from Newark airport to Washington Square cost almost as much as a ticket from LA to Newark!
We made it in time to catch the bright, afternoon light on the Washington Square arch, see the trees in bloom, and share a crepe or two taking in the scene.
We had some time to wander around Soho and Tribeca. (Prince had just died the day before, so the city was draped in purple grief.)
Miles and Sonja were in town, checking out Fordham! So we met up with them and finished the day in Times Square.
