As the nation hunkered down for an undetermined period of pandemic lockdown, there was a run on pet adoptions -- warm comfort end cheap entertainment for all of us stuck at home. Having lost four pets over the previous four months, we were in need of some new furry friends ourselves. We were lucky to find and rescue these two gals, who were found in a garage and spared the needle.
