Boys Trip to Floriduh
Miami, Keys, Ft Lauderdale
December 8-12, 2025
When a year before this, Andy first proposed a 5-day trip to show us Florida, Alex and I smiled and nodded and said, "Sure, sounds fun," assuming this would never happen.
Then he brought up again in April. And again in the summer. And I finally realized: Hey, this is really important to him, he really wants to show us His Floriduh.
So we went: starting at a street art showcase in Miami, days after Art Basel, then down to the Keys for snorkeling, mini golf and feeding some aggressive pelicans and tarpins. We made our way back up to the Everglades for a thrilling private ride in a small air boat, and then out to Fort Lauderdale, to see Andy's home, drink some more, kayak a bit, and take a water taxi to see the sites.
I'll watch for the next email, and might do it again.
