Mrs. McNeil's fourth graders rode the bus out to Sacramento, where they toured the Capitol, saw the Golden Spike at the Railroad Museum, and got special treatment at the Department of Water Resources -- viewing a new Soaring video and loading up on swag -- since one of the kids, apparently, has connections there.
