Requiem for a Hermit Crab

The other morning, Ellie's hermit crab Hermione crawled out of her Old Glory shell and expired. Her dried-out body lied in state for a few days before we got around to getting her out to the corner of our yard that has become our pet cemetary, and there we laid her to rest alongside the bones of other little critters.
