At the place where we stopped for lunch, we asked the manager what we should try. He named a number of dishes and then said, "... and then there's chicken feet, but that's really crazy."
I love crazy, I said, echoing Frozen's Prince Hans.
The waiter cackled a high laugh and ran off to the kitchen, returning with a bowl of pickled chicken feet which were ... kinda chewy.
