Lookout Mountain

I posted the picture of Jen and the girls on an outcrop of Lookout Mountain, a spot of incredible natural beauty overlooking the Tennessee River, and also the site of an important Civil War battle.
My friend Tim, an enthusiastic student of the Civil War, wishing to note my presence at the battle site and noting that General Joe Hooker redeemed his reputation at that battle, commented, "Hooker wasn't completely useless."
I wondered how others who follow me, who know little and care less about the Civil War or Joe Hooker, might interpret Tim's comment posted below my three girls.
So I also posted, "Of course, Tim is referring to General Joe Hooker, a hero of the Battle of Lookout Mountain, and not anyone visible in the photo."
