From here, we can reach all the way back to Strawberry Shortcake and the Care Bears (though probably not all the way to Fisher Price) or all the way forward to Avril Lavigne, with plenty of room for Bratz dolls in the middle.
We are just home from Sacramento, where Joe boasted that he never once shopped at Target this season, owing to its refusal to allow Salvation Army bellringers out front. It seems a mean-spirited thing for Target to do, and yet I'm so used to being on opposite sides of most issues from Joe that I kept feeling like I was supposed to defend the ban.
