The upside to the Parks & Rec's holiday production of Annie being a bust among busy kids and stressed parents is that all three of the girls who bothered to show up for rehearsals -- Emily, Ellie, and Monica -- all got to play Annie in the production. In fact, even one girl who just showed up to watch, Kathleen, was drafted five minutes before curtain time to play Daddy Warbucks' assistant.
